Mulching.

Not sure if this is in the right area but, I have a 7 acre site I am looking at mulching. It is all thick blackthorn. I am not in conservation area, do I need to get any permits before starting?

It was my family’s land and over the past 20 or so years it has gone from a field to very little grass area and we want to gain the space back again.

Just get on with it may work against you if you ask council.

Unless you have a lil great crested squiggler on the county books- I would bash on. K
