Plastic/Rubber ground mats

I’m looking to cover 100 sq meters and looking for matting .Looking  for those 8x4 heavy duty mats  Anyone here looking to sell any they don’t use , tia ?

Would cost you around £3k plus vat to buy new. 

Not a bad investment. Pay for themselves in a few jobs

have you considered second hand conveyor belt from a quarry stone-crusher? Probably free, and the toughest stuff on earth. Heavy, though.

Www.solwayrecycling.co.uk. they sell black plastic sheets, bullet proof. 8 x 4, in varying thicknesses.

35 6mm sheets will cover 100sqm, they will cost you £1008 plus vat according to their website

We used these. For driving or tracking over you’d need 9mm.

6mm not rigid enough and didn’t last that well.

was going to go for 9mm but had a few nice jobs on so opted for the groundtrax ones. 

Having grip on both sides and slots to link them together makes a huge difference, otherwise they get moved around too easily.

Very good service, we use the ground protection mats which are 95 pounds each before VAT. You can also join them together very quickly if you need to. They are heavy so a two man lift required. Can't recommend them enough.

Thats the ones , was being mean and hoping some one may have a pile sat in the corner of their yard , going to have to put my hand in my pocket then .
