What to use on a knackered willow

I have just seen a customer who has been told by her home insurance to cut down and poison a blacked old willow stump due to subsidence (don’t get me started on the whole insurance telling people to cut down trees, I know it will make it worse I have told the customer but the insurance company won’t insure unless it’s gone).

Anyway I digress. The stump is about 10ft and almost 80% soil. So I am looking for a tungsten carbide chain to cut it down but can’t seem to find a 30” one on the market. I’m sure they used to make them. I was looking at just getting a grab and lifting it out but there is no access for one so it has to be lumped down and carried out.

I don’t mind spending good money on a chain that can be used for rotten old stumps as long as it works.

I’m I looking for the wrong thing? I just need a 30” chain for the 66 that will cope with soil in a trunk.

Or if anyone has any other bright ideas let me know. It’s about 3-4 foot at base and I have no access for large machinery.

Thanks in advance people [emoji4]
