does this thread not worry anyone - that people can still buy a chainsaw without knowing how it works or even having a course on how to use one?

 

not dissing anyone - I know weve all got to start somewhere - but many moons ago when we attended college/training before we even started the saw we were taught how to take it to bits and back together again/safety features etc

 

even me - Mrs Logbaron have done my NPTC cs30/31 before I even helped start forestry - is it the cost of training that puts people off?

i think it is so wrong that anyone can buy a chainsaw of the net without any training....it is a leathal weapon
