Im doing my law paper next week and have been struggling with one past question which is one similar to my first exam.

Explain the regulations, controls and legislation that must be considered by an arboricultural contractor during his day to day transportation, storage and/or disposal of arisings and materials.

On my first exam i went down the lines of waste carriers license but now think they are wanting to know about COSHH, anyone suggest something i have missed many thanks
