I took my chainsaw tickets quite awhile ago (about 15 years) and have been using a chainsaw nearly my whole working life, on my card i have cs 10-14 and cs 38. do i need to take a new course to up date it so i get cs 30 etc? hope someone can help and maybe suggest a trainer:thumbup:

still valid but updates are recommended and a lot of employers would still recognise then but a lot would want or need you to do some kind of update

some do the lantra some do inhouse some just add next unit up ie if you had small felling then put you through medium:thumbup:

Thanks for the advice, does anyone know of a good insructor in the south west. i need to do my wind blown and finish my climbing tickets? thanks:thumbup1:

Training - its company policy - they are VERY H&S conscious

 

Its mainly to cover people who dont use tools often - but the rule applies to us all - so we have to do it - despite the fact I teach!
