what thickness steel sheet did you use for this?

 

Just replied to your PM then found this, so thought it was as well to paste onto here;

 

Now then Billy, the tin i used is about 1mm if i recall. Obviously if you go too thin its not strong enough and thicker stuff is very heavy. Even the stuff i used will dint if you throw timber against it though, but i just let the lads know it wont stand big chunks hitting it hard and its been fine.

 

The box section was 3mm for the 40mm square and 2.5mm for the 20mm square. Seems strong enough so far and doesnt add too much weight.
