classed as an historic hgv. some of the marmons phil used to sell where tax and mot exempt, some only tax exempt! not sure exactly how it worked tbh. i had one for couple of years, firstly standard set up (ford flat head v8 petrol) had it as a fun vehicle when i worked on dairy farm in worcs. that engine expired so i fitted the engine and box out of a ford cargo, runs a treat although lost abit of top speed (55mph tops now) drove it up to north of scotland a few times with new job then sold it to brother in law as a shoot bus and he's had it ever since. He has now upgraded to a bedford mj because he needed to carry more guns/beaters (marmon only 15 comfortably) has regreted it abit this year tho cos mj alot heavier on the ground than the marmon!
