Looking for recommendations for kids harness

Evening all,

 

My lad wants to have a proper go at climbing trees so I'll need to get him a harness. He's just about 4 now. I've no idea about children's kit, anyone used something they would recommend?

Thanks for the info. yes he's really slim so a full body harness would make sense.

Try Decathlon, if you have one near you, or on line. "Spider Kid" full body harness for approx' £25.

My daughter uses one on the local indoor wall, loads of adjustment in them.

Hi Dan, I have a fully body harness that would probably fit him that I am about to sell...I bought it about 3-4 years ago brand new and my daughter used it once so it is in mint condition..its been kept in dry and dark storage since.I can send some pics if you are interested?

If you check out the website of Wesspur Tree Equipment Inc., they offer a line of tree climbing gear for children. The list is more extensive there so you can just go check it out.

I was going to suggest new tribe harnesses before.  These are the only ones I know of for kids that are specifically for tree climbing.
