We had trouble at college with the rollers doing that, the throttle had vibrated down abit so the revs wernt at there peak.

Used abit of bungee i think to hold it up at full revs.

thats happened to us before aswell but this is different we definetly had it on full revs holding it up still nothing. i should add in the rollers are to weak to even feed in anything now.

Check the Hydraulic oil....then the hydraulic pump belt tension...then the pump itself

u checked hydraulic oil level, maybe roller hydraulic pump faulty or perhaps1 of the bolts that hold them could be sheared and wont turn underload, (happened to me) failing that u have electrical relay probelm, check them out. good luck

plenty of hydraulic oil, the machanics at the shop we phoned they said would be the belts so we tightened them up and still no joy. looks like we will have to check the pump first thing in morning then.

Do the rollers turn if you keep the button pushed in? I had one that did that and we just put a small twig behind it to stop it returning all the way.

You'll most likely need to put the battery on charge over night every 9 months or so

when they did move they fully rotated once then stoped for about 3/4 seconds then rotated again same with reverse. keeping the button pushed in had no effect. we have battary on charge tonight so hopefully fix it tomorow.
