Fixing Pfanner trouser zips

Had anyone had any luck getting the zips fixed in their Pfanners. I’m not worried about the pockets, but the flys have gone on mine and it’s a tad breezy. I took them into the dry cleaners but they said they can’t do it due to the material being too thick.

They either don’t Have the right equipment or couldn’t be bothered as it was harder than their normal repairs, I’d guess the latter
