What's the deal with the self drive, have they sorted all that? Ie can your mate just input a destination and it will drive all the way there?

As the previous post says, the car can go by itself but it is not legal without someone at the wheel.

There was an accident in America with a lorry that pulled out, but you are never quite sure if it was a stunt by a rival manufacturer. 

Same cynicism applies to stories about a man having a heart attack and managing to tell the car to drive him to the nearest hospital.
