Spliced my zing-it throw line this morning.. Thanks to tommy b for the inspiration ;)

Like it, what sort of splice is it?

& how did you actually do it?? ...tweezers, magnifying glass, patience - or was it just skill?

I did mine with a needle. Didn't bother with a locking brummel. I just did a straight bury and it only broke last week with my full weight hanging on it to try to get it unstuck!!

jesus tom :001_tt2: should have gone for the locking brummel. You would have snapped the tree instead :001_tt2:

It is a locking Brummell splice mate, I've done both ends now and redone the original as the bury was not quite long enough, I used a needle do the turns and then a snare wire to do the bury, very simple very easy and loads better than I'd ever imagine on the throwpod!!
