Er....yes I had worked out that much thanks. 

But who is Loz.  It would be nice to know a bit more about who you would be working with and what their own skill set was, wouldn't it?

Are you looking for someone to climb because you don't Loz or were you thinking of sharing the climbing?  Do you have an Aerial rescue ticket?  What sort of frequency of jobs are we talking about?

sorry to be flippant Arcto but I find a PM and telephone call, followed by a day on site a lot more effective at getting to know one another.

Seems fair to me that a climber would want to know who he's committing a day to, just as sure as you'll want to know any applicant is qualified and competent at their job.

There's a lot of hopeless climbers out there, but equally there's lots of half baked companies!
