Hello everyone. I had the same problem. I've tried all the options. I checked all the engine components several times. Ordered a new radiator, removed the thermostat. Even additionally cooling the oil did... It's still overheating every day. Even in the cold -20)). The solution to this problem was suggested by racing drivers))). As it turned out, a large radiator is the cause of overheating. I threw out my native radiator and installed a radiator from yanmar 4tnv88 with minor alterations. After installing this radiator, the next day I put the thermostat in place, because the engine could not reach the operating temperature. P.S. the engineers at greenmech could not solve this problem and put another fan)))). We couldn't think of anything else)))
