Help with identification

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could identify whats happening with our Horse Chestnut? We had a limb break off in recent winds and discovered what appears to be some kind of disease/fungus inside the limb. We have noticed that other branches to a lesser extent appear to be going the same way?

You'll need to put pictures of the tree up as a whole, some pics of the base and any wounds around the main stem too. Is there black ooze on the main stem anywhere?

Have you loosed any arrows in it ?

Looks like its had some Phytophthora (bleeding canker) which it has survived, but its been left with structural weakness.
