LA screw is tickover control and can't be set properly without the saw running. Screw it in all the way so the saw races if you start it then slow it down to an acceptable speed where the clutch doesn't kick in or hold the trigger in while the saw starts then set it so it keeps running and doesn't stall when you release the trigger. All it does it hold the linkage so it doesn't return past a certain point.

well I just went and did that, and it did not help. could it be a different issue?

The problem is, well it wont start. I recently replaced the fuel pipe/filter and cleaned the carb, then when I tryed to start it back up it started I revved it then it died (at the time I though i just flooded it) but now I can not get it to start at all.

Any suggestions would be appreciated :)
