stop whinging and use a broom instead! :001_tt2::lol: seriously tho everyone gets let down by carriers its a fact of life.

I think the drivers are under too much pressure to get things done sometimes. Twice in the past couple of months we've had a knock on the door at 10:30 at night (!) With an Amazon delivery. These guys need tachos the hours they must be doing

It will never change until we start (a) confirming which 3rd party logistics provider a retailer uses before making the purchase and (b) naming and shaming the retailers that engage inadequate carriers.

 

Retailers can have the very best customer service possible, and they very often do, but the whole experience can, and very often does, go horribly wrong in the final mile.
