just a few points incase others following with the same issues are trying to diagnose

To eliminate the cause being electrical remove the din solenoid valve plug (1st image) check inside plug to insure the fault isn't a broken/loose wire, to do this remove the screw from the centre, undo the gland on the cable entry and with a small screw drive there is a small slot where you can prise the square insert out.

The 3 pins sticking out of the valve coil (2nd image). The coil is bidirectional so connecting the wires can be either way round the third/ middle pin is not used

when connected a audible click/knock should be heard

come failures are either the coil brakes down over heats then swells trapping the valve inside or water gets between the valve and the coil causing the valve to get trapped.

if the vale appears to operate correctly

the 3 leds are on inside the stress control box the fault, link the 2 last wires (far right) paper clip is good for this, if the feed roller still don't work then it will most likely be the wiring between the box and the din plug, if it works then the circuit board has an internal failure!

if this is the case We offer a service exchange service for the stress control or a repair your circuit board but this option does take a little longer

Hope that helps
