From experience I would just refurb/replace the lot! Trying to remove bolts from a worn roller that has never been changed is a nightmare, you might as well replace the rest of the assembly as they do break/wear out eventually. If you have the patience and a thread tapping set it may be worth it to save a few pound though but didn't think the cost of a whole kit bushes and all was well out of the way.

The rollers run off the spline on the stator motors one side and a plastic bush the other so no bearings to change as such. Roller knives will take a sharpen, if you dont have the kit take them to someone with a welder and do this http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/maintenance-help/93608-timberwolf-roller-blade-change.html

If the machine is new to you make sure the chipping blades are sharp this does make a difference how the brush is pulled inn.

My blade rollers are worn but as long as the chipper blades are sharp its works ok

Also check the feed roller springs I changed mine and this made a difference
