SRT devices banned from the Swedish Climbing comp

Well when I asked the event organizer why after the RW being available on the market in various forms for what? 10 years ish? is it now all of a sudden a problem that it is not CE marked.....

 

It feels like a long time but the Wrench is still fairly new at around 5 years and maybe 3 in popular use.

 

Problem with climbing events in Europe is it will be the insurance, maybe they are spoked as technically how can it get past gear inspection without a CE mark.

 

Hopefully this will all be resolved soon and be for the better for all of us, after all how many compete on a CE climb? I think once the configuration has been certified none of this will be an issue.

Alternatively you try the rodeo cowboy, (from behind) whisper in her ear 'your the worst ride I ever had' and see how long you can hang on
