Hi

I bought 700 series greenteeth from QRMS for my bandit HB20 but have yet to use them as the original teeth are still good.Looking for your comments on the QRMS teeth re longevity compared with original ones as I'm hoping to build up a stock of these as and when I can afford them.

with a drill, grinder and diamond wheel, takes about 2 minutes to sharpen a greenteeth tooth, I can sharpen the teeth from 3 grinders faster than I can remove them.

Any chance of a photo of your setup? I'm building up a healthy stock of used Greenteeth, not been that fussed about sharpening them as cheap enough from qrms but if it's easy enough I might as we

I recently started using a Diamond Wheel in the bench grinder!

They are not cheap, but it has transformed the process of sharpening teeth to whole new level! No more horrible green dust and the wheel lasts up to 20 times as long! I've done hundreds now and I'm still on my first wheel.

Not only that, it does them in a fraction of the time and they are sharper than new ones!

Yes, but in conjunction with a pillar drill! The drill lowers the tooth down onto a rotating wheel which retains its circular profile whilst grinding a slightly concave face.
