Seems like the Republicans are gonna hit the ground running. I’ve a feeling the changes they bring might be a bit more effective than the equivalent we have seen here with Labour.

Plus, I think you're perfectly aware DEI is not equality, it's equity.

DEI... that's a new one... is that added when people jump back in and say, yes, compassion is not a bad thing. I am not sure however how you earn compassion, a desire for equality and with a non-racist view of the world.

DEI has been around for ages, it's the backwards idea that you should employ the black lesbian, instead of whoever is most qualified or experienced for the position.

 

DEI is government backed racist/sexist and gay flag waving bias.

 

Positive discrimination is still Discrimination, worked so well for the RAF didn't it and having to financially pay off after it was highlighted.
