Now that these have been around for a while, does anyone have any further feedback on them.

From the publicity shots, the tongue looks as if it presses on to the top of your foot, is this right?

How often do you need to wax them up?

Do they come in Grey?

Many thanks :001_smile:

the tongue is only high in the photo, it has a velcro bit inside to keep it down, i cant fault these dave, i have had mine 6 months now, i do not intend on treating them in any way, best boot i have ever owned mate.

Iv had mine a few months now, very comfy once they broke my feet in. Good with spikes, lots of support, excellent for walking on rough terrain.

Not so good for footlocking or delicate climbing work, and I cant see them lasting as long as the original Klima Airs either.

I will keep them for cold weather, snow and rainy winter days, and takedowns, and buy another pair of Meindl Airstreams for summer wear.

They are going to be available in a hetersexual colour, but I dont know when.
