The more wraps you have the more friction you'll get bud.

If you've tied the prussic redo it, if it was bought already made try buying some friction cord by the meter at any of the arb shops. The cord is still very cheap and your'll have the length thats goid for you

Joe...i use the sewn ones, il give that a go, its fine in the majority of trees jus sometimes it feels a bit too far away from me. U climb for AC Old?

 

Yes mate I do.

 

I normally buy 10 metres of Sirius at a time. Cheap as chips, can chuck it when it's worn, and I really rate the cord. I get about 8 lengths from that.
