Hi all 576xp autotune they love a moded exhaust. I have done 7 of these now and they pull hard 15"to 36"bars no problem  mine pulls a 8 tooth powermat up tp 28"bar and 7 up to 36"/42"

Is that ported as well? What sort of exhaust mod Pete? Mine could do with a pick up it !

If it helps there are two exhausts available a European version 544 03 02-01 and a US version 544 03 02-02.

US is slightly cheaper but you would be looking around £50 + VAT with a gasket for EU version.

Its not something we stock but if you have problems getting hold of one (your local dealer should be able to order one in)give me a shout, we order more or less every day with husky and they have both types in stock by the looks of it.

Only info I can see is that EU says 2 chambers and US 1 chamber.

Petemate390xp I might know a few people that would be interested in that mod, would they have to send the saw or just the muffler to you, ie is it a porting job aswell

Hi all, I only require the exhaust for the modification as long as your half technically minded :001_tongue: You have to resetup the saw after the exhaust mod. The exhaust mod is £50 all in, turn around time after ive received it is 2 working days. Alternatively, if you want the tree killing monster, I will require the power head for 3 working days. This gets the full beans, and tested for at least 25minutes to make sure its running perfectly before getting sent back out. As with all the saw work I do I strongly recommend you use xp 2stroke oil. Option 3 is the all out spec. So all the above plus an American spec air filter and top cover allowing for considerably more air flow. If any one is interested in getting their saws done drop me a pm and i'll get back to you. Alternatively get in touch via my facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/P-Hughes-Co-Tree-Surgery-Forestry-North-Wales-288570637825929/?ref=hl

Cheers, Pete
