Time to go paleo now that GM crops are on the way.

Now that the EU has given member states the go ahead to introduce GM crops and food etc.. I'm seriously considering a paleo diet.

 

My wife is already on a paleo diet due to multiple food allergies she developed when living in the US (where GM has been used for many years)

 

I'd love to hear from people on here who have made the switch to a paleo diet and what their experiences have been.

 

And if you just want to have a rant against or for GM crops growing here that would be cool too!

Typical load of cak to try and introduce you to taking supplements which are just worthless junk pharmaceuticals.

 

Eat a good balanced diet, try not to drink too much, exercise and chuck all such crap in the bin.

 

We both live on food we grow ourselves with no chemicals sprayed over them & no daft diet will ever replace it.

 

Im with on GM crops, they should be destroyed at every opportunity, GM is an option that provides large companies with complete control, in the way everything else has gone.

Palaeolithic diet? Why not just eat sensibly and cut out processed junk food - modern man lives healthier and longer than the average cave man anyhow.

 

I'm not over impressed with gm crops as it goes, my philosophy would be to pay the producers more for good, natural crops rather than pay retailers more for selling stuff which lasts longer on the shelf and looks cleaner on the racks! And all that after they have shafted the growers!

Going Paleo won't solve the problem. What do you think the animals will have been fed on to give you the meat and eggs? Most grain goes as animal feed, and it makes it more difficult to trace GM ingredients.
