  1. Hi, About me: 23 years old, been working as a domestic tree surgeon since I was 20. I have the basic tickets, CS30-32, arial rescue, chainsaw from a harness, stump grinder, chipper and basic first aid. I hold a full UK driver's licence and have my own vehicle. Of the last 3 years I have been climbing regularly for about 2. I'm not going to sell myself as the best climber going - I still have a lot to learn and master - but I'm confident I could be an asset to someone's team. I have experience working in all weather both up trees and on the ground, forest maintenance, roadside/traffic management jobs, garden and street tree work. I have a Level 2 certificate in Arboriculture and I'm currently studying the Level 4 Diploma in Arboriculture through Tree Life. I'm currently working as a tree surgeon in North West England and I would like to move up further north and work in the countryside, but depending on what's available I wouldn't be opposed to working in an urban environment either. I just want a change of scenery and to try somewhere different if I'm honest! If you have need of someone like me please drop a message. I will consider any and all options 🙂 Thanks and have a nice day!

  7. Hi All, I am looking for work around Cheshire/Merseyside area, I live in Runcorn so have a lot of Cities in surrounding areas. I have my Chainsaw licence, Areal rescue training (need to do my assessment) Pesticide spraying license, I worked on the railway cutting a few years back so have domestic and commercial experience. If anyone has any openings or knows of any I would appreciate a heads up. Thanks again Ben
  8. I am currently on a Level 3, 10 week tree surgery course at Otley college, Suffolk due to finish in 2 weeks time. I have already gained my CS30 and 31 certificates and have CS38 and 39 assessments in the final week of the course. Prior to the course I have worked with an experienced arborist as a groundsman, using a chipper and doing some cross-cutting and a small amount of felling. I am looking for work ideally starting straight after the course (Dec 8th onwards). I'm happy to do groundwork as I will not have the experience for professional climbing but would like a position which would gradually progress to more advanced levels of tree surgery. I am also interested in and willing to do landscaping work. I am fairly proficient with use of a mini diggers, having used them on a farm for ditching, drain laying and so on. I also have tractor driving experience. I live in North Norfolk so a job in this area would be desirable but I will consider working outside of Norfolk if feasible. Please email me for any further information. Henry Bursnell [email protected]
