  1. Eggs, not everyone is as above board as you, how would you police it?
  2. @carlos, one of those static homes will be your primary residence (or you will have another property registered as your primary residence) and you will pay council tax. All the others can be your different holiday homes, but you are still paying your fair share of council tax
  3. You say you still pay tax but you are not paying council tax living in a van. Even if you pay the council tax on your flat, you would be paying on behalf of the person renting and this I assume would be factored into the rent. Either way there is still one less person paying tax. I have no issues with people moving around in a van camping legally, but thinking you can set up somewhere on even a semi permanent basis and be fully contributing or paying for all services isn’t correct. Even if there was some way to pay an equivalent council tax then which council receives it and how would anyone collect it and know when and where you are.
  4. Clearview 750 is 14kw output, you can get a 45k btu wraparound boiler for it, there are a further 2 smaller boiler choices. The 650 is 12kw output and you can get a boilers up to 40k btu. take a look on eBay, lots popping up some with boiler but may have to source one separately.
  5. Getting the wheel off/on is the easy part. I changed the type on my ride on mower and the problem is inflating it, you need a large shot of air to seat it. Ended up having to take it to the local garage anyway.

    Lidl sale!

I’ve taken the plunge, bought the hedge cutter and the long reach hedge cutter. Already have a petrol long reach but always been too heavy for any prolonged use. First impressions they seem pretty sturdy but time will tell, have beech and conifer hedges to do in the next few weeks.

Off the A140, end of the tarmac road there is a gate to a field next to the double wooden gates, easy access for any size truck or lorry with access for turning. Follow satnav to postcode location.
  10. House at the end of a long drive (wooden gates) Logs can be dumped next to the yard / barn. Easy turning for vehicles.
