There's a facebook group called forst issues and faults with a lot of memebers if you need further advice

just as good as its adjustable so you can always have it level plus it can also be just a ladder which takes you up to 30ft on a big tree, bottom bar isn't a pain at al;l you undo it, adjust until level, then push it back down

not an app but we have a whiteboard in our yard with tools ,vans and plant on and then the relivant info like clean,grease sharpen etc and we just date it when its done ,works well for us -
