  1. Indeed Mick lol. I had the same thoughts...
  2. I tend not to gamble. I looked at the government regulation and according to them, assuming I wasn't actually working in the dwelling, it should be legal. Local authorities, evidently, have their own criteria. I'm very surprised by this. I'm not sure what my next move is going to be but I intend to obviously contest it in some way or another.
  3. Ah! Yeah I think him saying, yeah thanks, everything's fine, was him saying yeah I'm good, I'll go off and write this up and screw you over. They probably don't like to cause confrontation at the premises. The guy is saying it's not in keeping. He seemed quite sound as is going to ask around the office for opinions on what I can do to fall in line with this arbitrary "in keeping" scenario. I'm also going to pay for retrospective planning application just on the off chance I win it but if I don't I guess I'll have to cut some of it down. But again the question is how much needs to be cut down to fall into the "in keeping" scenario.
  4. Of course I didn't! What's your point please?
  5. I followed this government website to the letter... https://www.planningni.gov.uk/index/advice/advice_apply/advice_apply_homes/advice_around_home/advice_home_structures.htm In no way have I not adhered to all the stipulations given in that list.... Literally this country is a joke... you can't abide by the law even when you are trying to it seems....
  6. Just received a letter saying that I need planning permission for the shed and that I probably in their opinion wont get it..... Clearly the guy who said "OK, that's all fine, thanks, bye" meant that he is all fine...... Phoned them up. Person on the phone sounded reasonable. Said he'd ask around the office for opinions on what I might be able to do to accommodate planning regulations. The shed apparently is not in keeping with a property like this one... Despite the property not having a garage and having minimal storage space.
  7. There is a difference between employing people to carry out necessary work and employing people to do things you've never done, have no desire to do and would never do in a million years.
  8. Yep it's utter BS in my opinion.
  9. Got a driveway booked in. Thinking of making metal and wooden gates and I'm starting my tree surgery courses in June. Bit worried about my shoulders though cos they are buggered from fencing and don't seem to be getting better. However, it's raising weight that hurt not pulling down so.... dunno. Basically aside from that I'm in good condition but I'm a bit old....
  10. The Mrs says let it go.... I'm telling him the council approved the shed. I'm telling him not to come to my door ever again. I'm telling him if he needs to speak to me get his solicitor to draft a letter. And I'm telling him to ***k off!
  11. Are you aware that malevolent hostile pricks act the way they do and get away with it because the average person thinks like you do and does nothing? Do you know that? How in gods name is it bullying to be minding your own damn business and end up taking shit of some ass hat and returning the gesture? Explain that to me? Sincerely!
  12. No, I don't see what you mean. You've labelled me classless because I want to react to a bully vehemently. Teach him that involving himself in other peoples lives in a negative and unnecessary way, to which he has done 3 times to my knowledge alone, does not pan out for him in the long run, is classless. I'd say it's civic duty! Machiavelli would agree with me also as I can't really avoid this guy, he keeps bothering me. You're the type of guy who sits and watches someone get hurt and convinces himself it was the only thing to do, or more accurately the right thing to do, cos you can't accept you're weak so don't talk to me about class. The weak will always find a way justify their actions or inaction to themselves. I'm glad you find me antithetical to your majestic idea of class. I'm on the right track!
  13. Wow, you hubristic twat
  14. Yeah! Yeah I think it's OK to bully a bully. If that bully is trying to bully you or someone else yes. However, I don't consider this bullying. I consider it equalisation. Imagine how many people this guy has and will continue to piss on. I didn't ask for this. He has brought it on himself.
  15. Interfering bullies should be brought to heel! Turning the other cheek is sometimes valid, sometimes it's just week AF.
  16. Really? Who am I exactly? Guy is a bully. Deserves to be smacked down... metaphorically!
  17. I never said I was hard but nice try at being condescending to gain some feeling of moral superiority you so often seem to attempt to conjure for yourself Why would I care about the feelings of someone who likes to attempt to take peoples children from them and who goes out of their way to try and prevent my advancement in life for absolutely no reason. I've only ever had 1 convo with him and that was when I told him, no I won't go to court and say this and that about his previous tenants etcetera.
  18. How? He's played his only card. Physically I could kick his ass if I only had 1 hand so that's not an issue. He's a degenerate.
  19. Can't! Besides, this is fun.
  20. Nope, better idea. I'm just going to let him know he's made an enemy of me. He should treat his current tenants well because he wont be able to get new ones cos I'll let them know what a cock sucker he is. I wont let him know I'll make it hard from him to sell. I'll just do so. All the while I'll keep an eye on the sale price. If it goes low enough I'll get an agent to purchase the property on my behalf lol.
  21. The council came round today! He had a look at the shed and had a look inside. He said it's absolutely fine and all within the law. So.... WAR!!! First thing I'm going to do is catch him unaware so I know I'm not being recorded. I'm going to spell it out to him that once he needs new tenants I'm going to warn all of them that he's an intrusive landlord who is constantly coming round and invading tenants privacy. I'm going to inform them that he tried to get my assistance in having a woman's children taken away from her. That he's an egregious prick and certainly not the sort of person you want as a landlord. I'm then going to explain to him that if he treats the girls next door badly or takes their deposit, or keeps coming round for no *****ng reason whatsoever I'm going to contact the police and tell them that he has been harassing me. I'll say that he keeps coming to my door and banging on the door despite being told to stay away and I want this information filed. Any prospective buyers will be hearing chainsaws and disc grinders running through their entire visitation so he wont be able to rent or sell the property. The ******g ***k ****ing ****er ****er
  22. 100% guarantee Hitler had a tiny cock. I'd bet my house on it!
  23. haha... you got me. Once you broke out the old wolf and sheep analogy I was ended!
