  1. Oh no, whenever there is a headline making crime in the UK committed by a foreign national JohnsonD is on the case, whenever there is a headline making crime in the UK committed by a UK national, JohnsonD is weirdly silent. Why is that?
  2. Nothing at all to do with wings, all to do with the only criminals you ever post about are foreign born. Most crimes, of all types, are committed by UK citizens (in the UK), but weirdly fly under the JohnsonD crime radar. Why is that?
  3. Ahh, I see your interest. They are foreign. When did you ever last get outraged about a good old fashioned UK home grown criminal. There are plenty out there for you to pick from by the way. Some are even arsonists too if that is your thing this week. Go on then outpour your mock outrage when in reality all you want to do is rant that there are foreigners who dare to be in the UK.
  4. But while we are thinking about Biden and his diagnosis, did anyone else note that Trumps message of support was very much out of character of his writing style. I am not perfect but that note on Twatter was gramaticaly correct, no bigly / shouty capital letters and not blaming Biden for anything... almost as if someone had written it on his behalf, a kind of auto-pen-Twatterings. We don't like things sent out in the Presidents name that he didn't write remember.
  5. As the man said it so succinctly: "Assumptions yet again passed off as facts "
  6. So how often do you think he's pop into the doctors for a full on medical check including scans for every cancer? I'd still go with it is a new thing because his last test was 4 years ago and not noticed. FYI... you're in for a treat!!
  7. Now you are of an age now where doctors take an interest in a finger up the bum, for business and not your pleasure. They don't do that every week, every 5 years from 50... 50, 55, 60, 70, 75, 80 and 85? he was due for the old lubed finger next year. Last had a check 4 years ago and an aggressive cancer of course can take hold in that time.. no conspiracy, no miracle.
  8. Thing is Biden is a politician as competent as the rest give or take, and doesn't particularly need special mentions. Unlike Trump who is a whole level or 10 below the standards his predecessors have set - in terms of competence, financial ability, humanity, corruption, lies and 'untruths', in fact in terms of any measure you want really. 'Hair Sniffer' I will refer you to Mark J comment above. I do find it amusing though that Trump and his supporters make direct comparisons with Trump and Biden, as if the 2 are competing as to who is better and yet run Biden down as the worst ever.... the inference being Trump is better but not able to compete with the rest, so second worst? He is never compared to say Obama is he or any other more able leaders? Likewise you could consider the UK politicians, Johnson and Truss fell well below the standards we need and demand, and I commented, the others are about as competent as each other and do not need special mentions.
  9. And if you did the same poll today they wouldn't. People are fickle.
  10. About time too and if the opinion poll are accurate, following the important will of the people.
  11. Oh, not liking criticism of the thread headliner, Mr Trump? Back to ineffective attempts at insults? toilet doors, cuts like a knife, ouch, but suppose nothing better for you to do with your time.
  12. Excellent, and good luck. (a real breath of fresh air to see a 'give us a job' thread with interaction after the first post, and taking on board the advice, really hope it pays off)
  13. He's still having a Springsteen Strop, cannot handle criticism and wants law courts to silence his critics. Trump calls for ‘major investigation’ into Bruce Springsteen after singer brands him ‘incompetent’
  14. Not sure about that, should do if it is all standard - but someone with better knowledge will know
  15. Silly answer maybe but have you looked on L&S Engineers? 1122 790 9101 or 9102 ? Not sure if the difference is 9102 has the bolt included?
  16. So that's it, 70,000, just over, out of all the immigrants in the US - and remembering that a good chunk of them were living in the US during Trumps first term in office when he failed to remove them. For the working man in the US (the ones who Springsteen resonates with)... nothing.. rising prices in Walmart maybe? Spin that as a benefit?
  17. You're going to have to link to the "few Billion more" statistics because I think that is a little lie. Half the worlds population? You might also need to link to the 'couple of million" non-Americans statistic too because I think that is a bit of an exaggeration.
  18. best way to get rid of it is burning.... best way to burn is dried, unless you are running short of space
  19. Go on then risen to the bait this morning. Name them, what has he done that has succeeded so far? - Price of eggs have fallen (not through Trump but through supply chains recovering from bird flu) Yup, that's me and my Trumpy success list. Now on the flip side....
  20. Yup, that's true. If only Springsteens criticism of Trump wasn't captured on video and Trumps stroppy twatterings didn't happen you would of course be correct there, no record, it didn't happen.
  21. Going back and keeping on target of what Springsteen did, rather than what Rosie or Ellen did (we can talk about them later if you like). He used free speech to criticise Trump... as is his right and in fact the right of us all... and Trump cannot handle it so he threatens Springsteen ('say that to my face and see what happens'), insults him and rubbishes him. All the acts of a dictator trying to shut down all critical words about Trump. End of the day it is another example of Trump unable to handle any criticism, he is surrounded by syncopates and is acting a bit like the emperor who has new clothes but no one dares to tell him he is wrong... cannot handle the truth you see. If he tour was called that my response would be more dignified and would not be lowered to insults.
  22. Your trying distraction again Gareth, no one mentioned telling reporters to 'do one'. No, it is the demeaning of anything he doesn't like, the insults, the high profile "this organisation / person is worthless because they have an opposing opinion". Springsteen doesn't make a living reporting off Trumps actions and can exercise his rights of free speech to criticise Trumps actions without harm. Without free speech then you live in a dictatorship, so accept that no everyone will agree with you all the time and accept that these disagreements make for a better democracy... which Trump and his vanity cannot handle.
  23. Gareth, have you ever listened to him talking to the press that don't report favourably to him? Shuts them down, as I mentioned above. Take some time out to really listen to him, maybe taking off the rose tinted glasses but he is trying to control the free press, the free speech, and Springsteen is just another example of this. If it doesn't fit the story he is telling (himself) us, then the organisation is 'discredited', 'failing', 'fake news'. I don't believe Springsteen has ever said he would do anything other than sell records, a lot of them granted, to make his money, there is no hypocrisy there. Trump is 'working for the working man' by manipulating the stock markets to make himself and his palls another few billions, leaving pensioners relying on the same markets worried, there is your hypocrisy. But anyway, you jump in and defend the man, someone has to. He isn't getting the opinion polls that he wants, so every little helps, you and his press secretary.
  24. Behind the rant though is Trump trying to silence any criticism. Others have tried that before and generally history have judged them to be dictator types and generally poor leaders (Stalin would be the most notorious example, Kim Jong Un and his dad, numerous others). You can see how he talks to the press who ask him 'awkward' or searching questions "you should be ashamed of yourselves" "no wonder your press organisation is failing" - usually in capital letters. Trying to shut down any criticism and accountability. This never a good thing. Without scrutiny the leader can do what they want... which is essentially a dictatorship. Springsteen is another example of this, with the veiled threat at the end "would you say that to my face".... well, yes. The threat of a coward and a bully who does not have the mental ability to react otherwise. I see these as desperation, avoid all scrutiny at all costs, from a failing administration
  25. Got a friend who worked for Milwaukee... once said that there are converters between batteries systems... though might be the sun and old age, I might be wrong, but it would be for the major makes so should be OK there. However, yes, it would be great if we could get interchangeable batteries. Quick google search looks like the converters are for tools where the batteries hang off the bottom of the tool like hand drill and not the good tools
