  1. No he tried that last week he's moved on to "have you had an accident in the last 5 years that wasn't your fault"
  2. Well I just checked my diary for the 13th 14th and 15th and there's nothing booked
  3. That's what my ears heard. The chap who rang in wasn't corrected or his comments weren't retracted. Does the article also say that when they tested notes taken in the Houses of Parliament that 6 out of ten of those notes didn't have traces of pixie dust on them. Or The MP' s bar in the House of Parliament is the just the same as every bar in the UK and banned smoking?
  4. That link sends you to Andrex (or if it doesn't then it should ). I was listening to a radio programme a few years ago and a former MP rang into the show. He completely shot down the current MP who was bleeding on about how much work they actually do for his wage. This was when they were on £60k and as he pointed out after all the living cost that have to be taken into account, MP's living standards were comparable to those on pre tax salary of £180k. Their salary has risen since then. All costs of living have all risen, especially the mortgage costs in London so with all these factors it'll be safe to assume they are comparable to those on a salary well over £200k
  5. MPs wages are not subject to taxation. We have to pay for their second home in London admittedly a mortgage on interest only basis( however if they sell the property the mortgage is paid off and they pocket the rest). Meals are paid for (as MPs must be fed and watered) all travel expenses are paid for by us etc etc etc. If after having all your possible living expenses covered and you are left with £74k a year in pocket money, you don't think that's very good then what work do you do and in what areas? I'm on my way because the roads around you are paved with gold

    261?

I know Stubby it's terrible. If I'd bought another make of saw I could of had the odd day off whilst waiting for parts such as roller bearings. But nope the thing wouldn't break. I never buy one again

    261?

You think that's bad? My 550 done 3 and a half years til some scum pinched it. It kept wearing out chains, it was costing me a fortune. I asked my dealer why I went through so many, and he found what the problem was. It was called work

Buy it,pop it in the loft for ten years, stick it on eBay, read the thread on here entitled how someone just happened to have a new unused 461 tucked away in his loft, watch the bidding go through the roof, collect money from successful buyer, retire early from proceeds in Marbella, simple

I glad I could help. Oh I forgot to say on the list the 461 lasts for years so that's no good for new sales. Better to bring out something mainly built from plastic and has overly complicated electronics that's at best very expensive to repair and ideally it would probably need replacing more regularly than its predecessor

  20. I see there's a thread on the 462. The lad is asking for an English translation. My fingers are twitching to write my version but I must resist
