Mostly classic rock/metal but I like anything through to Norah Jones (good to chill too after a long day) don't tend to buy albums though as its rare I like everything on them so I just pick and choose what I want

Classic rock, Blackmore, Dio combination one of the best. UFO, Uriah Heep, Journey (more than just 'don't stop believing' Sabbath (again with Dio) Judas Priest.
Also like a bit of most things, except rap , hip hoppy rubbish and Jazz.
Can't beat a bit of Ronnie !

Well I am surprised.... This now opens the way for 'singing whilst sawing' and 'workplace blues' when its raining.
Just can't wait, I've been practicing various of ABBA greatest!
We could use them radio's of yours.
We'll be doing doing no such thing Ste!! My singing is kept indoors when there's not a soul around!!!

Music is awesome I think, I can be taken back to a particular place and time when I hear particular albums.
Like listening to white snake greatest hits and knocking in a new cricket bat when I lived at mums.....that sort of thing :-))

Put them in a pillowcase so the mrs doesn't kick off when they jam the drum... and they're usually canny dry when they come out.
Lol, thanks for that !!!

I'm trying not to do much 'proper' climbing work. Everything takes twice as long, which kicks the backside out of my pricing.
We've got plenty of jobs we simply can't do because of the damage we'd do to the lawns.
My truck is starting to smell a bit funny as well.
Mmm talking of smelly I might wash my ropes this weekend. Can u tumble dry them??
-
We've been on a load of sycamores this week, climbing is shocking wet gloves, wet ropes, really slippy bark! Very tiring when there's no grip on the ropes etc....

Second day on this line of conifers, stripped the inside off them, and sectioned down around 8 off them. The rest will be removed in a few weeks when we have the lane closed got traffic lights for a week.
Good work...

A good friend who is a personal trainer/sports coach/diet boffin reckoned I should be getting 5000 calories a day to maintain healthiness. Protein is the major thing my diet was lacking in though, especially in the morning.
Seems to work pretty well for me, I'm a little under 6ft and 70kg.
Mmm might try a whey protein isolate shake with my breakfast, I'm 5'9 and 65kg on a good day.

Thumb up

I'm going to where my mrs heart rate monitor to see roughly how much a day burns..
-
So how do you calculate how many cals are in the food you eat?
My mrs found a website on it. Eg food type = calls then I added a days food up. Simples

But lard washed down with gin, those were the parties to attend.
Sounds great! Lol I'm missing out :-)
-
The wife????
A gentleman and all that :-)
-
Do you sleep well???
Not bad, wine helps :-)

Forget guidelines and all that rubbish....if you are putting on weight and you feel it's a problem, do more to burn it off or cut down on eating, and vice versa.
One thing I do believe though is that a lot of overweight/ fat people are actually malnourished. They eat poor quality food, and their body is telling them to eat more, as in 'I need more nutrients/minerals/vitamins......' Etc etc. and before you start, I'm too heavy as well, but I eat good quality food...........................
Not sure that sounds too clever nowadays!
Wins with me! And I'm only 36!! :-)
What music you into??

Quite a mix thrown in, mainly edging toward classic rock and metal? Wonder if there is correlation between job and music taste?
