  1. Forget guidelines and all that rubbish....if you are putting on weight and you feel it's a problem, do more to burn it off or cut down on eating, and vice versa.

     

    One thing I do believe though is that a lot of overweight/ fat people are actually malnourished. They eat poor quality food, and their body is telling them to eat more, as in 'I need more nutrients/minerals/vitamins......' Etc etc. and before you start, I'm too heavy as well, but I eat good quality food...........................

    I actually agree with you about the about the guidelines, just wish I had a bit more go at the w/end

  2. To be honest come weekend I'm shafted, I enjoy cycling, running and the like but just feel knackered. I've done 30 miles or so this weekend and will no doubt feel it this week. Oh and it makes me cranky!! :-) I just manage to maintain weight my weight. A light racing snake 10st.4lb

  3. Here's one for ya! (Whitesnake live in the heart of the city) sorry off on one then :-))

     

    So how many calories do you guys recon someone with a high metabolism burns a day when climbing or being groundie all day??

     

    I've worked out I consume around 2600 a day. What do you recon, is that enough???
