  2. I've used spider jacks in Austria. .can't get away with zig zags..sorry mate.
  3. Loop. Friction knot...sorry my spelling is poor..just like a zig zag but better..ha
  4. Yes Orchard. . You are so right. Moss etc. However you can't beat it when decending when holding a prussik all the water running up your sleeve. Love it.
  5. Same here mate..I have never worn gloves when climbing. I use them when rigging, dragging and feeding chipper. But I only use leather gloves (beal). For best protection.
  6. Remember the donkey always faces south..south east..dig in.

  8. Alright mate. Don't you use cobra bracing. This saves drilling into the tree..? Cheers.
  9. Not bad for an old bugger..play rugby on the weekends and climb trees in the week with some great people. Speak soon silky lad.

  17. Shame the weaver got stolen. I used to use a sequoia in Austria with seat for comfort... we done a lot of cobra bracing out there.
  18. Evening mr Gray, I love the weaver when section felling I use a butterfly for all other arb work. Just a personal preference. What's your favourite harness.?
