  14. ok rigger bear so iv been in contact with mwmac and they are still running focus on forestry scheme but its at its maximum capacity but if i wait a month they are looking to take on more candidates for the scheme there is funding of 75% witch is good but that doesnt pay for assessments for the cs38/9 not sure how much it is for assessment these days in our money iv given them my details to call me so its another option available and there in rhyader witch isnt to far for me hop over the elan valley and im there thanks for the info
  15. hi rigger bear no i havnt tried them but i will look into it today kevinjohnsonmbe im based in west wales aberystwyth area near the coast line ?
  16. there is funding through lantra im yet to find out specific details but there could be light at the end of the tunnel
  17. finally things could be looking up
  18. this is exactly what im finding hedgesparrow if your a million air farmer you can get any funding through farming connect they seem to help people that dont even need it i just dont understand it to be plainly honest its corrupted in my own opinion
  19. can they help rigger bear iv found out today i cant get funding through farming connect witch it total disaster i thought i could seen as my sister is married to a farmer but there is some sort of claws there that no leaves me with minimal options i really don't no where els to look now talk about the government trying to help small businesses its a joke if you ask me
  20. thanks gts i will check them both out over weekend i would fund it myself but the cost is just crazy
  21. hi guys looking to do my cs38 cs39 and i cant afford to pay out that much to do the course so i just want to no if anyone has any idea on funding options i have im currently self employed in west wales area i really no how i go about getting it aswell all your help would be very great full:confused1:
  22. yes monkey business it is a top handle with battery pack
  23. i no what your saying riggerbear but its definitely the start of something im sure a more powerful one will come soon they do have a strimmer thats equivalent to 60cc gas power so im sure they could easily transfer motors and its the battery that i was most impressed with a 5 cell battery pack that i had would last 1 to 2 days depending on usage that is pretty impressive a little more power and it would be awesome as for the cable from the battery i think i could live with that its no diffrent to having your top handle saw strapped to your harness when your up a tree but its just my own opinion
  24. ok guys went down to my local dealer and what did they have on demo was the pellenc c20 i had to have a go and i tell you what for battery power saw i was very impressed this could take over petrol power i no its a big statement but my got it was good equivalent to a 45cc petrol saw in power witch is more than any top handle saw iv seen as light as a freaking spoon the only down side was the price thats what killed it for me anybody els had a look and go on them is it all what its cracked out to be in long term
