  1. Looked at a yard near windsor, £100 a week for a large hard standing bay which can be divided up for chip and logs. No burning, single track access, cctv. For amenities £50 per quarter.

Hardly worth it seeing as everyone here has a rate half the price :/

    Would you?

  2. Where's all your cones, tape. fencing and traffic control ? You can't just cut trees down roadside like that willy nilly

Oh :blushing: whats cones, tape. fencing traffic control???:001_huh::lol:

lol there were 4 of us on site two on each lane stopping traffic, one felling and me taking pictures :001_tt2:

    Went over perfectly:thumbup1:

  3. Do Jensen's have common problems after 1200hrs or are they still sound?

I take extreme care with my equipment so if it seems a good investment from people on here then I will look at it as a possible candidate. :)

Thank you for your comments so far :D

  4. Hi A P, sorry to hear you had your one stolen as well, its sickening it really is.

My Biz folded shortly after, but i have recently re started.:001_smile:

Im not sure how to upload photos on here ?

I had too close as well for a month until everything got replaced :/ it sucked. Lesson learned nothing is ever safe just bolt it and lock it a best you can :) .

Glad to hear your back in business ;)

There should be a icon which is like a paper clip next to the smiley face. There you can upload pictures or files etc :)

I will keep my eye out for it around my area i mainly cover berkshire but cover buckinghamshire, oxfordshire and surrey ;)

Hopefully if you can upload a picture it will make it a bit easier to see your one :) i will print it and keep it in the vans ;)

Hope this year brings a good business and the chipper :)

  5. really? iv been signed off for 2 weeks and was hoping id be back befor then? im still bed bound struggling to go as far as the toilet but thought this would be sorted by mid week. any of you remember having bad shoulder pain? if so did u find a way to eas it?

Cant recall shoulder pain :/ i was bed bound for 1 week. They operated it out just as it was about to burst so was very lucky. It was very hard to get out of the bed to go toilet :) . Trust me you do not want to be doing tree work straight after the op. Rest and recover so the scares and wounds can heal properly. It will take 2-3 maybe 4 months for all the drugs and antibiotics to loose there effect. As in you will be easily tired and not feel up for much. Please do take it easy. Ask your doctor or surgeon and they will be able to advise you better :) hope you get better soon ;)

  6. Took me a full month to recover from the op and a further 2months from the whole thing. I would seriously take the time to rest. Once i got home from hospital i started to work a bit and that did not go to well and almost passed out several times :/.

Take time to rest i know its hard but its worth it ;)
