  1. Surely one can be made for the arb industry maybe a pontoon shape so the log hits it and can easily be removed.

I know tyres are used but that is a lot of hardwork hauling tyres from job to job. is there someone on Arbtalk or a Arbshop/manufacturer that could look into this maybe?

I think it needs to far less like a bouncy castle and more like trampoline type concept, but user friendly, easy to set up and small with extensions if needed?

everyone would buy one if it existed :thumbup1:

  2. When felling a tree, we place logs (log mat) for the tree to hit thus minimising damage to the ground from the impact. this technique does not always seem to work as the logs move or become in bedded in the ground.

my question is: Are there any purpose built mats that actually can be placed anywhere in the drop zone that can absorb the impact acting almost like a cushion? or is this something that has not yet been thought about :confused1:

im thinking maybe some tough rubber inflatable mat or pontoon, something that can be stored away and reused?

    What are your thoughts?

  3. I have tried to put this on Arbtrader but have failed everytime :/ not too sure what and how to do it :(

sorry to hear that mate, its tough as you have to reschedule booked clients and wait for Insurance to cover it ;/, it just makes you think about security really how to improve it and what the next levels are to keep them out :001_huh:

  5. Sorry to here this , we taken to packing the tools under stairs ,hope they catch them

me too but the likely hood is very slim to prove it in court that's whats wrong with this country, any evidence you have they say oh but it could have been someone else.. hopefully everyone in Berkshire and surrounding areas can keep there gear over xmas and be vigilant

  6. smashed there way into the store room and helped them selves :/ they gained access from a neighbouring field, police have footprints and fingerprints as well as cctv of the vehicle involved so hopefully the thieves will be found but sadly have a feeling the tools are long gone :(

  7. you can use them on any helmet, we use them on Petzl helmets :)

I highly recommend Sena I have tried several others and none come close to Sena you can connect 4 users and more, it warns you about battery level and very easy to charge, connects to your phone to answer calls or ring people. great noise cancelation, great work range.

its expensive but its worth every penny :)
