  1. Yh that would be nice fly all the bits to the yard but crane is definitely an option to save time and risk with the surrounding area ie Asbestos and fuel tanks
  2. Crane to lift the top out? Will save a lot of time and make life so much easier just crane the two halfs should not take more than half a day with crane hire
  3. We have really nice dry Silver Birch mixed with Oak, we also do softwood. We deliver to regular clients all the time in Thorpe so delivery is free. PM me if your interested.
  4. I say MEWP personally that way you have full control over the whole job. Or you can use a speedline to the back of your truck that way you send the branches away from any risk and straight to the chipper? Hard to judge with not actually being there.
  5. Chainsaw ringtone | STIHL | chainsaws, brushcutters, hedge trimmers, clearing saws, high-pressure cleaners, lawn mowers, trimmers, Stihl Enjoy
  6. Look at farming simulator. Do you see many people suddenly becoming farmers as they think it is a game? Its just like Farming simulator but for tree surgery and forestry Arbtalk members will get a discount and the discount money will go to the designated Arbtalk Charity Free demo's will be available as well so you can try before you buy that way you can see how good or bad it is depending on your opinion and views. Its being made as many simulator games lack detail and reality.
  7. There will be forestry. You start with some land and wood. and you can buy larger plots to grow forests to harvest for biomass, firewood or sell to the timber mill. forwarders and harvesters will be in the game
  8. Thanks Dan unfortunately the size needs to be 8 or 8.5. Thank you for taking time to check
  9. I have a investor who has the means to fund the whole game. But i have secured several brand sponsorships that are funding various parts of the game due to NDA's i can not say who they are until the game is released . I will PM you when the time gets closer to release
  10. Thank you for posting that game it will be more interactive. For starters you decide where to cut on the tree, how big gob cut and the angle as well as what type of cut. Beware!! The trees can fall the wrong way and get hung up . There will not be any silly cost gaps i.e do a hundred jobs to buy a decent tool or vehicle.
  11. The game is serious it will cater to farmers, tree surgeons and the general public
  12. Anyone have any size 8 chainsaw boots that they no longer use? Please PM me with price and details Thank you
  13. Click on the profile pic to any user and a menu will pop up select private message and away you go
  14. I am working with a developer and a few designers. Website has been setup with info will be live in a couple of weeks. This will give more in depth info into the game and what you can do as well as pictures to show the game
  15. Use google plus its free and promotes your business around your area. It works for me all the time . Its simple to set up and simply add pictures and reviews and you will be top of the list in your local area on Google maps. Way to find it google any tree surgeons in to the search tab and a map with A-D will appear on you result page those guys have Google plus or whatever its called anyway use it Hope this helps, PM if you want to know more
