I have Been on the phone to Forst who have been brilliant to be fair! They have suggested we upgrade the battery to 100Ah which we will be doing tomorrow. Fingers crossed as it does not look good turning up at clients house and jumping the chipper! I'm interested to hear if anyone had this issue with the ST8 Cheers

  8. Hi there, I looking for a decent climber for an up coming job which will be starting in approx 3-4 weeks in Kirkcaldy,Fife. The spec is felling 3 large Beech trees & 1 x Medium Beech. You will need to be competent in rigging as these tree are overhanging a busy main road. Traffic management will be in place. Since this is a school route it may be we have to carry out works over a weekend. The other side of canopy is overhanging woodland so large sections can be removed without rigging. I would normally be doing the climbing, however due to an injury & advice from the docs I'm to avoid climbing for 6 months, so this could lead to potentially more work. We would would be doing all the ground work. I guarantee 4 days work & willing to pay good day rate for the right climber! So if this sound like it could be of interest to you please contact me Im going to try figure out how to put pics up over the next few days Thanks for taking the time to read this. Cheers Chris. 07894135712

I know my towing capacity will be lower than the Isuzu, however does anyone tow with a transit?? Some advise would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
