I found cutting out the heavy alcohol made a huge difference, now I rarely drink at all at the weekends, anything over 2/3 pints and it starts kicking off again.

I hold Cs30 Cs31 Cs38 Cs39, clean licence, First aid, CSCS, Mewp, Chipper, and a PTS. Will be coming in with all my own ground saws, climbing saws,climbing and rigging gear, PPE and a defender 90 at your disposal. Hi guys, I'm an 18 year old climber looking to go to either Australia or NZ for a year climbing, I'm not a newbie to climbing, but I'm still learning, and I don't feel that getting giving the opertunities in this country to improve myself, does anybody know of who I could contact to look into work out there? Need something that will push me a bit more. Thanks

Op went well lads! Major thanks for all the best wishes! Only gonna have my ring finger numb for the rest of my life, but I can still move everything as it should, expensive lesson learnt. My biggest worry is that I have to put up with hospital food for the next two days!

My ball line pinned my hand up against a stub end whilst lowering some hefty bits of poplar, Got my operation tommorow, fingers crossed I get some feeling back!

Merrist wood in Guildford, I went straight there at 16, would highly recommend it. Came out with cs30 31 38 and 39. Some of the trees they have on site there are amazing !

Leave it on Tickover for a tank, then use it as normal. That's what I've always been told and done, never had any problems with it.
