hi ive got a haki 1x37 easy, the splitter ram seems slow to run in and out , now i was wondering is it possible to speed up (up the pressure? or will that decrease the splitting force?) i would like any owners advise please, the problem is that i can cut the next ring before the splitting ram has returned is this normal? hopefully i can adjust something to make it run slightly faster without affecting performance, any comments before i start playing/break something? many thanks steve ...

Hi im lookin for Some one that can give me a price on transport from surrey to just outside chester in cheshire. Its not got artic access but im told it can be 6 wheel and a trailer could get access. Ive not seen a pto driven one . But we use a hyd one that runs off the tractor hydro pipes its 15ton ram and a valve so pretty basic really . Works great ive just bought some longer hoses for it so i can use same tractor for the processor and splittes at the same time . Sorry to go off topic . Steve

Ive spoke to him and ive decided to do him the same deal as he had before on 3 bags ie 40 quid if he wants any more its going to be 45 and 45 next order like everyone else . Thanks for the great reply s . Steve

ive got a customer thats had a few loads thats he sells on, we sell him the bulk bag and he sells it ny the small net, we charge 45 quid normally for a bulk bag of dry softwood, now he wants 10 bulk bags what sort of discount would you give i did 3 last time at 40 each which is really cheap i think... he did say he could take say 4 dry and the rest fresh cut and store it himself for next year?? so do i do the same deal for the 4 at 40 quid and say 35 for the rest fresh cut ? or is that too cheap? i can sell it all day at 45 for the dry round here??? suppose at the end of the day ill make a decision but what do you lot think?? thanks steve

Call me thick . But i dont buy a lot over the internet and certainly would not part with any cash untill i had seen the processor workin and id be takin it back with me on the trailer . So how dose this scam work then ?

we have been for a demo of the halki pike one and that seems a good tool. we are looking for a secondhand machine really for about 4 grand we will consider a chain saw type but would prefer something like the posch or the palax where the rotary blade moves to the wood rather than move the log as the jappa 700, but beggars cant be choosers, anyone got a secondhand machine for sale? thanks for the replys guys , steve
