  1. Try this guy 07887 911258 Call him Lee, works out of Lanchester( Durham ) garden centre, seen plenty of his work, very good
  2. Can't fault machines from orange plant, virtually brand new , full working condition but do find them expensive £430 ish for 2 days hire of carlton 5014, then £1.50 per litre to top it back up, and broke a tooth, so there's £12,+ vat, I tend to hire from arbtech (, Oliver's tree services ) as it's cheaper
  3. I've rescued cat before , Rspca couldn't help, to far off road for fire brigade , felt good to do something good, hate to see suffering of any living thing , owner was very grateful and insisted I took some money for my time , maybe £30 so I went to pub and spent it on Guinness ! Happy ending

  14. I'm considering the posch auto cut in the future, we are well practiced with riko saw bench with conveyor, an fill a bag in about 12 -15 mins, helps if someone passes you the billet, agree with auto cut tho as that takes out other person in equation. We stacked last year but had to keep moving machine forward , but if a pain Still not sore wether to try and make a billet bundler , least it's movable
  15. Put it through a saw bench with conveyor straight in to vented bags, should take couple of days, 3 at most now that should produce at a guess 40/50 0.8m3 don't think that's bad at £70-£80 a bag
  16. Beautifully stacked with the farmers telehandler
  17. Must admit i enjoy doing the firewood , sometime more than Arb work, something about power of splitters pushing through wood, or maybe the fact that it pays ok 😄
  18. Haha yeah fact now Just started firewood more seriously over the last two year, going to try selling ash beech and syc as premium choice and other hardwood and softwoods mixed together help me shift softwoods
  19. We use a balfor 16 t horizontal road tow ones you get from riko uk
  20. I'm well chuffed, considering its Arb waste
