  1. Hello all, I'm hoping someone can help me out here so here goes! I am going to be moving to Canada as a climber on a working holiday visa. Now I need to get health/travel/accident insurance - not a problem usually, but as I'll be working out there and I'm struggling to find someone to insure me for accidents at work. (I'm not planning to have any mind!) Anyone have any advice? Any tips would be appreciated as there's potential for me to be away for the next four years around the world. Cheers, Mark
  2. Here's wishing you a speedy recovery bud, good luck with the results. Time seems to slow down when waiting for results, I've had similar times but you've just got to keep your chin up. We don't give up easily in arb, take it as it comes and you've got a whole bunch of people to talk to if you want! Best regards,
  3. I've been working with a new 201t for the last week or so after our van got broken into and our 200t robbed. It feels better in the hand and the AV is better I think....but...it does keep cutting out whilst i'm working with it. Couldn't figure it out but it's going to need a good re-tune rather than factory settings. Have been bringing in my personal 200t until we can figure out how to tune/improve/fix the new saw. I hope it's just teething problems though!
  4. I got sick of safety specs fogging up so took a chance on the petzl vizir, had it three months and it has only steamed up twice, (whilst I was running up and down a bank in the pouring rain in full waterproofs), so very happy so far. It's beating all my other smashed specs so far! P.s Good luck in Africa too, trip looks ace
  5. The harkie smock is pretty good for felling in the rain/ice/snow but I can't climb in it as it turns into a sweat box! had mine nearly a year and it's standing up to the usual arb abuse. solid jacket but I'm sure there's much more breathable out there.
  6. It's worth checking out some of the kits bags Alpkit make, good price, good construction and free postage. Happy days! Drybags Outdoor Gear Shop - Alpkit
