Good Morning Pompey bound. Have fun.

Yes, late 90's in Cardiff Brains SA was the best choice. Started having a beer after starting work. Friday lunchtime when as the "boy" I was the beer bitch. Getting beers and delivering to tables. Charingtons IPA was around 38p I seem to remember. Sam Smiths Best bitter (in Richmond Surrey) was in the 40's. I remember later in the 80's when the price of IPA went over 50p there was protest. No longer 2 pints for a Quid. If those lads were around today!

My Local. Pint of Guinness and a 330ml Bottle of full fat Coke - Cola £11 My favourite crafty beer place for special occasions can be £2- .503 a 1/3rd or £6.50+ for 2/3rds or pints. I get that it's nice to drop in and see people, have a chat, gossip whatever but going for a beer is a real occasion now. Can't afford to go daily or even every other day. It'll be Friday with the old boys and Saturday as our night out with Mrs. Tea bar idea is splendid. A proper mug of brew is an almost substitute. Can't see it getting as popular as coffee shops.

Good Morning Yes, seems darker than usual. Spent an hour in the company of a lovely steel blue whippet yesterday. I miss my hounds,. Hope you find a result for yours. Was always sardines in olive oil , or green tripe when ours got a bit of dry skin. Have a great start to the week.
