Morning. Cool but set to be a scorcher. Out in it till 13.30 then home. One more shift then a few days walking in the IOW. Looking forward to the break.

Haven't seen a badger for a year or so. Assume they are ok. Increase in Raptors hopefully doesn't impact their forage.

@peds I did laugh. Then I remembered watching the film and went down that dark road. Diverting off track a bit: Only good/funny thing that came from that film was Crocs - the shoes. Developed as a costume item for the future generation in the film .... produced for the masses now. Funny/scary?

Morning After two days of baking my bean I've got the day off and mercifully it's cooler. Global IT crisis in the mix and I'm glad I'm out of it. Quiet day re-stacking some logs and a nice evening out with Mrs planned. Have a cool one.

Purchased a Farmertec MS660 clone on a Black Friday deal a few years back. Surprisingly turned up before Christmas and spent a couple of days to put it together. Which was fun. Ran ok and was used a few times to cross cut when the BonaFide 660 was in the milling rig. Plus points: Full set of spares for the 660 Performance of 660 Minus points Chinese near enough, not exact match parts. Went out of tune and needed a retune every few months Substitute brake bands and other safety critical parts with original parts (on advice from youtube build vid) NOT to be relied on as you would German manufactured saw If you can cope with that, it is what you are after. Keep an eye out, they often do "deals"

We get a delivery every 3rd day. It used to be daily. Not had any issues with sending stuff from here to Pompey or Somerset (family) Postman always complaining about being overworked and underpaid. Happy to take the free shares and bunce when they were privatised though. Moan over

For me it's the Teles or Danarm 2 man saws. Had one and deeply regret selling it.
