  1. so does this mean you have to stick with in the rules of a taco for example you would have to show that you have had 45 minutes rest for every 4 hours driving that you do? im doing my lgv next week so ill ask the instructor and let you know. sorry for thread it just some times traffic cops have a bit of a tenency to make up there own road laws.

  3. Just watching motorway cops on the telly, and a police officer on there has just said that if you are towing a trailer with a gvw of over 3.5tons for business use you have to have a taccograft fitted to the vehicle. Is this true? And if it is do you have one?
  4. Hello to all, First thank you for your kind responces to my last thread, I managed to pick up a few days work from it with a promise of some more. Not looking to be gready and im sure everyone one out there is looking for permanent work, But if you have or know anyone with any work possibly with the potential to becomming permanent. I have cs30,31,38,39,41, lantra stumpgrinder,woodchipper and tree inspection. and doing my lgv2 in a couple of weeks. Thanks again for your time, Mark.
  5. Galerie firefox 8kw uses about two baskets of silver birch aday heats my terrace house nicely. not to sure if that is as efficient as it should be.

  8. inboard stepcut freefall, outboard stepcut freefall, sink cut freefall, sink cut hand held and a step cut handheld and a pruning cut, and depending on the assessor they may need to be demonstrated twice. hope that helps.

  12. yeah just that. i do fibre optic and telephone cableling but hate it. so found what i wanted to do besides being in the fire service and went and done all my tickets, so now just looking for my first job. had some positive replys from here so looking good.
  13. yeah im employed in two jobs on paye with the fire brigade being the part time eliment.

  21. i am assuming that if i where to get i job i would be on a self employed basis, as opposed to paye. or i suppose it depend s on the employer.

  23. hi all, hope all is well. what do i need to do to become self employed if and when i find a job, are there lots of forms and stuff i need to fill in, i havent a clue as i have only ever been PAYE. And what, if any loop holes are there where i can claim black money ie for training and equipment. any help would be very much appreciated. thanks.
  24. hi mate how did you get on with those leaners today.
  25. are you using the stick method? use a small straight stick and put it in the sink cut. you can use it to gain your parallel lines with the bar of your saw. this is how i learned and may you never have a wonky hinge again.
