  4. Personally, A spilf after the jobs done is harmless, as long as no more climbing is involed or chipping. The THC in strains of cannabis varies and induces different affects as its sits on different neurological receptors. Beer is worse for than cannabis... PROVEN FACT, yet, we legalise alcohol, tobacco and caffeine. Comment from the drugs goverment dude the other day said that "the war on drugs isnt working, 30 years on and we still in the same place" Why not try a fresh approach?? Legalise it, control it and make money from it.
  5. It depends, havent seen any research into it but if you think for a minute, Using a prussik only utilises one side of your body and puts tremendous strain on the lower portion of said arm. Other techniques such as hitch climber or SJ2, use a hand over hand motion to the center of the body. Which uses a bigger muscle group and balances out the forces throughout the body. Ergonomic working in a sense..... Just in my opinion of course........
