  1. Agricultural trailers need brakes over 750kg same as any other road trailer. Sprung or not. The Maximum legal speed for agricultural tractors is 20mph regardless of tractors capability.
  2. Just googled keepers, years ago I worked at a nursery in collier street just down the road.
  3. Try Brogdale you might be able to buy the bud wood from them. The nursery I do the budding for is near Maidstone, they also do about 350,000 roses a year as well as the trees,
  4. yes the top of the rootstock will be cut off in march. the advantage of budding over notch grafting in this instance is 1 it's quicker and 2 you get a better tree. I average about 200 per hour with someone tying behind me, depending on variety.
  5. What varieties are you after ?
  6. Howgate onto m106 we have got all the apples and malus done. Moved onto cherries and after that it will be the sorbus.

  20. I have the same machine, out performs all the other machines. Purchased a set of blades from Saturn for my old arbour eater, blades lasted 20 minutes and the blades broke up, only chipping beech max diameter 2 inch, poor quality pattern once matched up to the originals, not worth the savings. Measure the thickness of the blades before you use them.
  21. I was Filmed assessing at Kew. The camera man was a pain in the butt at times, had to ask him to stop filming at one point. parts should have been edited out.
